1. Our International Production & Shipping Process

To bring you unique, high-quality embroidered designs, we partner with a team of skilled artisans in Vietnam. This means every item you order is carefully prepared there and shipped directly to you in the United States. We believe this transparency is key to a great experience.

2. Production & Processing Time

This is the time we need to prepare your order for its journey.

  • Production & Handling: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Confirmation: Once your order is ready and has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Please note, this is an estimate and delivery times can vary based on your location and carrier operations.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: To give you a complete picture, you can expect your order to arrive within a total of 9 to 19 business days from the date of your order. This timeframe includes both our production and shipping times.

  • Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping costs simple and affordable.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $7.99 applies to all orders under $199. This fee covers postage, handling, and secure packaging.

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders of $199 or more.

5. Shipping Area & Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: We currently offer shipping within the United States only, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.

  • Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

  • If any other delivery restrictions apply to your specific address, our team will contact you directly to find a solution.

6. Taxes

  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. The amount is determined by your shipping address and relevant state laws.

7. Order Tracking

8. Delivery Issues (Damaged or Lost Items)

While we take every precaution, issues can sometimes occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Lost Items: If your package tracking has not updated or shows it is lost, please let us know. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be found, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

9. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been shipped.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order enters the production process, it generally cannot be modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
