What does bestpickk consider a “sale” or “share” of information?

California law defines “sell” and “share” very broadly. While we do not exchange customer lists for money, we do use common online advertising and analytics tools. These tools may share your online identifiers (like cookie data or IP addresses) with our advertising partners to show you more relevant ads or to help us understand how our site is used. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “share” of information.

How can I submit an opt-out request?

We offer two simple methods for you to control your data:

By Email: Send a request to our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “California Privacy Opt-Out” and include the name and email address associated with your account or orders so we can process your request.
Using Global Privacy Control (GPC): We also recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request. If you use a browser or extension with GPC enabled, your preference to opt out will be automatically honored for that browser.

What happens after I opt out?

We will process your request and cease the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as required by law. This will not affect your ability to shop on our site.
