bestpickk.com is owned and operated by Tusyan LLC, company number B20260463505, registered at 9210 Winnetka Ave Apt 377, Chatsworth, CA 91311, US. One registered company, one website, one place to send a complaint. There is no parent group and no second trading name.
What we sell
We sell watches and handbags. Pieces are chosen for how they are built rather than for the logo on them: case and clasp finish, movement type, lining, stitching, hardware that still works after a year of daily use.
The catalogue will grow. We expect to add other lines as the business finds its footing, so what you see today is a starting point rather than a fixed range.
How an order actually reaches you
We do not hold stock ourselves. When you order, the order goes to a third-party fulfilment partner located in China, which picks, packs and dispatches the parcel to your US address.
That arrangement is why handling takes 2 to 3 business days and transit takes 13 to 15 business days. It is also why returns do not go to the California address above: once a return is approved, we email you the correct return address for that specific item. We publish this on the About page rather than hiding it in a policy footnote. A customer deciding whether to wait three weeks for a parcel should be told where it ships from before they pay, not after.
How we price
Orders over $599 ship free. Orders under $599 carry a flat $7.90, charged once per order rather than per item. We do not add a handling fee at the last step of checkout, and we charge no restocking fee on returns, ever.

A note from Tusyan LLC
We want to be straight about where this business stands, because a store that oversells itself on its own About page is telling you something about how it will behave when an order goes wrong.
Tusyan LLC is a new company. We have no decades of history, no flagship store, no awards, and no celebrity wearing our pieces. Anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf is not us.
We are not a manufacturer and we do not pretend to be one. We select what we list and we stand behind it, and the pieces themselves are made by other people in factories we do not own.
Our delivery window is 15 to 18 business days in total, which is slower than a domestic warehouse. We publish the honest range instead of a flattering one. If that is too slow for a gift with a deadline, buy elsewhere for that occasion and come back when timing is not tight. We would rather lose one order than have you receive a parcel late and feel misled.
What we can promise is narrow and real: your parcel is tracked, a human answers your email within one business day, a return inside 30 days costs you no restocking fee, and a refund leaves us within 7 days of the item arriving back.
