Using bestpickk.com or placing an order means you accept the terms on this page. If a clause does not work for you, the right moment to stop is before checkout, not after dispatch. These terms sit alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.
Who you are buying from
The seller is Tusyan LLC, company number B20260463505, registered at 9210 Winnetka Ave Apt 377, Chatsworth, CA 91311, US. Any contract formed through this site is with that company. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party partner located in China, which does not become a party to the contract.
Your order is an offer, not yet a deal
Adding an item to the cart and paying creates an offer to buy. The contract exists only when we send the dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. Until then we can decline the order and refund it in full, and we do exactly that when stock has gone, when an address is unreachable, or when a price was wrong.
Prices, and the mistakes that happen
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where state law requires it. Prices change without notice; the price that binds us is the one shown when you paid.
Typographical errors happen. Where a price is obviously wrong, a watch listed at a fraction of its real value for instance, we are not obliged to honour it. We cancel the order, refund it in full, and tell you why.
What the product pages promise, and what they do not
We describe dimensions, movement type, case and strap material, and water resistance as accurately as we can. Two honest caveats:
- Screen colour varies. A dial or a leather finish can read differently on your monitor than in daylight. A colour that did not match your expectation is a normal return, and it costs you nothing but the return postage.
- Measurements carry a small tolerance. Hand finishing means a stated case width or strap length can vary slightly between pieces.
Water resistance ratings describe a laboratory test on a new piece, not a guarantee for swimming or diving. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.
Stock is not reserved by the cart
Items in your cart are not held for you. Availability is confirmed during the 2 to 3 business day handling window, and we contact you with a refund or an alternative if a piece sells out first.
Using this site properly
Do not scrape it, do not probe it, do not resell our catalogue as your own, and do not place orders with someone else’s payment method. Accounts used this way are closed and the orders cancelled.
Reviews and comments you submit stay yours, but you give us permission to display them on this site.
What belongs to us
The text, layout, photography and the Bestpickk name on this site belong to Tusyan LLC and are protected by US copyright and trademark law. Personal browsing and sharing a product link are fine. Republishing our pages is not.
Limits on what we owe you
Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses: a missed occasion, lost profit, or a gift that did not arrive in time for a date. Nothing here removes a right you hold under US consumer law that cannot be waived.
Things outside anyone’s control
Customs holds, port backlogs, severe weather, strikes and carrier failures delay parcels. These are outside our control, and the delivery estimates in the Shipping Policy are estimates rather than guarantees. We keep you informed and we refund a parcel that is genuinely lost.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Disputes go to the courts of California. Write to us first; almost everything settles in an email.
If one clause fails
A clause found unenforceable is removed and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it later.
Changes
We update these terms as the business changes, and the date at the top moves with them. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you paid.
